Java 7 unter Mac OS X Mavericks nutzen

Hier gibt es heute mal wieder einen kleinen Braindump. Unter Mac OS X wird momentan noch Java 1.6 „mitgeliefert“. Das heißt natürlich, das Java 1.6 bei Bedarf automatisch nachgeladen und installiert wird.

Inzwischen ist aber oftmals Java 7 die Mindestanforderung für viele Java Programme und das ist meines Erachtens auch legitim, da inzwischen Java 8 fast vor der Tür steht. Wie man Mac OS davon überzeugt Java 7 zu nutzen, findet man nachfolgend.
